How to request deletion

1
Email us from your registered address

Send a message to privacy@locatr.hnscorpph.com from the email address associated with your LOCATR account. Subject: "Account Deletion Request".

2
Include identifying details

In the message body, include:

  • Your registered phone number (the one you used for SMS OTP)
  • Your full name as it appears on your verified ID

We use these to verify it's really you before deleting anything.

3
We confirm and process

You'll receive an acknowledgement within 2 business days and the final deletion confirmation within 15 business days. If we need additional verification, we'll reach out from privacy@locatr.hnscorpph.com — never any other domain.

Partial deletion requests

If you want to delete some of your data without deleting your entire account (e.g., remove a specific photo, edit your bio, withdraw consent for analytics), email us the same way — describe what specifically you want removed. We honour partial requests under the same 15-business-day timeline.

Already deleted your account but changed your mind?

Once we begin the deletion process, it cannot be reversed. You can create a new LOCATR account with the same phone number after 30 days. Your new account will not inherit your old LOCATR Score, match history, or reviews — those were anonymized.

Right to complain

If you believe we haven't properly handled your deletion request, you can file a complaint with the National Privacy Commission:
